How to make Paneer sandwich

0 INGREDIENTS 1 onion, medium-sized 1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow), medium-sized 1 tomato, medium-sized 2 cups paneer, grated 4 slices brown or multigrain bread 75 gm butter or mayonnaise salt to taste Pepper to taste METHOD Chop onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. In a bowl, mix the paneer and the chopped vegetables together. You could add some salad dressing to the mix. Remember, this is an optional step. Now, place the bread slices on the chopping board. Apply butter or mayonnaise to each slice. Now, spread the vegetable and paneer mixture on the two bread slices. Season it with salt and pepper. Once done, cover these slices with the butter and mayonnaise spread slices. Grill these sandwiches until they toast perfectly. Wrap these up in silver foil.
