INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion, medium-sized
- 1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow), medium-sized
- 1 tomato, medium-sized
- 2 cups paneer, grated
- 4 slices brown or multigrain bread
- 75 gm butter or mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
METHOD
- Chop onions, bell peppers and tomatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the paneer and the chopped vegetables together.
- You could add some salad dressing to the mix. Remember, this is an optional step.
- Now, place the bread slices on the chopping board. Apply butter or mayonnaise to each slice.
- Now, spread the vegetable and paneer mixture on the two bread slices.
- Season it with salt and pepper.
- Once done, cover these slices with the butter and mayonnaise spread slices.
- Grill these sandwiches until they toast perfectly.
- Wrap these up in silver foil.
