How to make Paneer sandwich



  • 1 onion, medium-sized
  • 1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow), medium-sized
  • 1 tomato, medium-sized
  • 2 cups paneer, grated
  • 4 slices brown or multigrain bread
  • 75 gm butter or mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Chop onions, bell peppers and tomatoes.
  • In a bowl, mix the paneer and the chopped vegetables together.
  • You could add some salad dressing to the mix. Remember, this is an optional step.
  • Now, place the bread slices on the chopping board. Apply butter or mayonnaise to each slice.
  • Now, spread the vegetable and paneer mixture on the two bread slices.
  • Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Once done, cover these slices with the butter and mayonnaise spread slices.
  • Grill these sandwiches until they toast perfectly.
  • Wrap these up in silver foil.
