Allspice Powder Did you know that the Allspice powder gets its name as it is a combination of Cloves, Nutmeg and Cinnamon powders? Mix ground Cloves, Nutmeg, and Cinnamon in equal parts and your Allspice powder is ready to use! Ginger/Garlic Powder Wash and peel out Ginger and Garlic and chop it before sun drying it until completely dehydrated. Blend into a fine powder and store separately, or mix the GInger and Garlic powder as per your choice! Lemon Powder Slice up lemons and squeeze it out as much as possible before sun drying till crisp for a few days. Blend into a smooth powder and store in an airtight container! Oregano Flakes DId you know that the infamous Oregano flakes are just dried up Ajwain leaves? Clean and wash up Ajwain leaves and slice it before dehydrating it under the sun for a few days until it shrinks in size and is crisp. Break or powder it into smaller shreds if needed.
