This simple, yet delicious achari paneer recipe will stun your guests when served with those super soft rotis or a lovely pulao. What you’ll need: ● Paneer – 150 gms● Curd – 1 cup● Onion – 1● Besan/Chickpea flour – 1 tbsp● Mix of fenugreek seeds, Black cumin, mustard seeds, carom seeds and fennel seeds (5 seasoning spices) – 1 tbsp● Asafoetida● Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp● Green chillies – finely chopped● Red chilli powder & turmeric powder● Black salt to taste● Garam masala – ½ tbsp● fresh coriander leaves to top How to do it: ● Heat oil in a pan and add the mix of the 5 seasoning spices, cumin seeds and asafoetida and cook till aromatic.● Add the chopped onion and cook till soft before adding green chillies, red chilli and turmeric powder and garam masala.● Add the paneer cubes, curd and besan flour and let it cook well before topping off with some black salt and freshly cut coriander leaves and serve hot!
