What you’ll need: For the Chicken- ● 1 pound chicken thighs● 1 cup flour● 1 cup potato/corn starch● 1 tbsp onion powder● 1 tbsp garlic powder● 1 tbsp salt● 1 tsp pepper● Buttermilk For the sauce- ● 1 cup mayo● 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce● Sriracha to taste● 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce How to make it: ● In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients except for cornstarch with chopped pound chicken thighs and buttermilk to make a thick slurry.● Coat the slurry dipped chicken with cornstarch and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.● Mix up Mayo, Chilli garlic sauce, sriracha and sweet chilli sauce for the sauce and nicely glaze and cover the fried chicken with the sauce.● Plate it hot with some white sesame seeds or spring onions on the top and enjoy!
