This is easy to cook a recipe that is so delicious and the best starter to be made at home. This is also known as Murgh Malai Chicken in the north or Erode Style Japan Chicken. This quick recipe is easy to make and lip-smacking. The process is similar to as that of making pasta with a slight variation of the ingredients. Ingredients 400 grams of chicken 50 grams of butter 3 tablespoons of maida 3 tablespoons of corn flour 1 bay leaf 1 inch cinnamon Stone flower 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon of salt 20 cashews – powdered 2 green chilies 1 cup of milk Salt Pepper powder Method Mix maida, cornflour, salt and pepper together with water and add the chicken. Deep fry or air fry the chicken on both sides. To a hot pan add butter, followed by bay leaf, cinnamon and stone flower, chopped garlic, green chillies, and a spoon of maida. Add milk and let it boil. Add salt and powdered cashew Let the sauce thicken and add the fried chicken. Cook until the sauce and chicken come together. Garnish with coriander and serve hot. This white chicken recipe is a great starter. It is also kid’s favourite recipe as it creamy and delicious without the use of regular chili powder and spices.
