Here’s to all the foodies out there, a festivity to your taste buds with crispy, saucy, Spicy Cajun potatoes that gets done in just 20 mins and requires no prep time!
What you’ll need:
● Mayonnaise – 3tbsp
● Red chilli sauce – 15ml
● Salt to taste
● Onion – 2 tbsp
● Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
● Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
● Milk as required
● Maida – ½ cup
● Corn flour – ¼ cup
● Salt to taste
● Baby potatoes – 200 gms
How to make it:
● Boil the baby potatoes without peeling and press down to make them relatively flat.
● Make a slurry with maida, corn flour and salt and coat the boiled potatoes before deep frying them till golden brown and crispy.
● Set the fried potatoes and mix mayonnaise, red chilli powder, salt, finely diced onions, black pepper and a few tablespoons of milk to make the spiced Cajun sauce and cover the fried potatoes.
● Plate your Spicy Cajun Potatoes and top them off with freshly chopped spring onions and serve hot!
