If you’re planning your next International trip or even your first one, you need to keep in mind these Do’s and Don’ts. Not that these would help you travel comfortably without any stress, but also help you save your life!

Do’s:

  1. Keep your Passport and Visa updated
  2. Depending on the country of travel, keep an updated track on the vaccines that the local Government recommends the travellers to take before travelling to their country.
  3. Remember to keep a decent amount of local currency at hand.
  4. Check with your network operator and get an International coverage of calls, messages and data.
  5. Download the offline version of Google Translate or some reliable offline translator if you’re travelling to a country with language barriers.
  6. Pack according to the events that you’ll be attending and try to bring extra pairs of comfortable clothes.

Don’ts:

  1. Do not skip any health advisory or instruction advised during the trip
  2. Do not forget to carry all your medications for the entire trip as it is highly likely that you might not get the same combination or dosage in the foreign country.
  3. Do not carry excess money, both local and international at hand since the chances of robbery are to be considered.
  4. Do not forget to renew your travel insurance before travelling and get a list of what your plan covers at times of crisis
  5. Do not forget to catch up on the current Political and economic affairs of the country you’re travelling to.
  6. Do not forget to scout for better deals and offers corresponding to your itinerary.
