INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 2 cheese slices
- 4 slice brown or multigrain bread
- 75 gm butter or mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
METHOD
- Dice the boiled eggs.
- Now, place the bread slices on the chopping board. Apply butter or mayonnaise to each slice.
- Now, spread the chopped eggs on the two bread slices.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Once done, cover these slices with the butter/ mayonnaise spread slices.
- Grill these sandwiches until they toast perfectly.
- Wrap these up in silver foil.
