● Eggs – 2
● Tomatoes – 2
● Onion – 1
● Garlic – 2 cloves
● Pepper to taste
● Salt to taste
● Chilli powder to taste
● Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
● In a pan, add oil and crushed garlic and roast till aromatic before adding sliced onions and tomatoes.
● Add salt, chilli powder, pepper and cinnamon powder to the pan once the mixture is soft and cooked well.
● Crack the eggs and cover the pan without mixing or breaking the egg and serve once the eggs are cooked well.
