Ever craved that chocolaty, spongy cake, but can’t Swiggy it? Then this little recipe is all you need to make your yummy chocolate cake without any flour! The No-flour cake requires around 1 hour of your time to relish, and can be baked with your everyday pantry items.
● Dark or Milk chocolate – 200 gms
● Cocoa powder – 50 gms
● Sugar – 1.5 cups
● Egg – 4
● Vanilla essence – 2 to 3 drops
● Salt – 1 pinch
● Unsalted butter – 20 gms
● Melt up some chocolate with the butter and set aside in a mixing container.
● Whisk up the egg whites with sugar until soft and fluffy.
● Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, salt, the egg yolks and the whisked egg white mixture well without any lumps
● Bake in the oven for 45 mins and serve with powdered sugar or chocolate sauce topping!
Add in your chocolate chips or blocks of frozen nutella to the batter and layer it up before baking for that extra chocolaty flavour!
