The Adani Lounge at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), operated by Travel Food Services (TFS), unveiled its First Class menu in an intimate ceremony on Wednesday. First-class passengers will soon be able to enjoy this exclusive menu during their next trip. The menu has been curated by award-winning Chef Rajesh Shetty, Food & Beverage Consultant for the Adani Lounge Mumbai.
The menu will feature Delectable Lobsters, Poached Brussel Sprouts, Vegan Rissottos and Bruleed Salmon among many other mouth-watering dishes. This menu is a true confluence of East meets West. The idea here was to create a lounge that will not only help visitors unwind and relax before their flight but also get them immersed in a journey where food leads the way.
