● Large Egg – 1
● Mustard seeds – 5gms
● Vegetable oil – 1 cup
● Garlic – 1 pod
● Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
● Salt to taste
● Spices (optional)
● To a blender or a mixer add all the above mentioned ingredients and blend well.
● Make sure to add oil slowly and not all at once.
