This enticing recipe is not just a treat for your tummy, but is also quite nutritious and healthy! Would you believe that 100gms of this goodness contains just 240 calories and has enough proteins and fibre carbs to keep you going for the day? This recipe takes just 5 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time, and is also a perfectly wholesome meal to top off your cheat day. To get a better taste and reduce the oil quantity, fry it in an air fryer at 200 degrees for about 15-20 mins until it’s soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!
What you’ll need
● 1 head Cauliflower
● 1 tsp Garlic powder
● 1 tsp Onion powder
● 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
● 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
● Salt to taste
● Chilli flakes
How to make it
● In a pot boil water with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder and soak the Cauliflower head for a minute to make sure that it is clean and has no worms inside. Do NOT let the cauliflower boil completely.
● Cut the cauliflower head from the flower till the stalk, keeping the stalk intact and marinate with the above mentioned spices with oil and massage well.
● Let it sit for 5 minutes before shifting it to your oven. Preheat your oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins and cook for 15 – 20 mins until the insides are soft and the outside is crispy.
● Add parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice and some chilli flakes and serve hot!
